Dear Pridefest Performers, 

We are all VERY excited about Pridefest Oakland and all of you gracing our stages!  We need to confirm some information and go over any details or questions you may have.  

Please open the schedule file below to see your stage as well as performance time.  Your call time will be 30 minutes before you are scheduled to perform.  As many of you know, there is always a flow that can change when doing a festival of this magnitude so we ask that you're around and ready at least 30 minutes before your time to shine.  

I have also attached the final version of our flyer/poster so that you may promote your performance and help to spread the word about this amazing community festival. 

THANK YOU for your talents and time and gifts we look forward to talking with you and then seeing you on Sunday, September 11th.

Please note your scheduled TIME and STAGE below so that you can fill out the link properly. If you have any music that you will need to perform to, please upload it to the site so we can make sure the DJ has it and is ready to play it according to your needs. 

BACKLINE- please list any equipment needs that you may require for the day. For DJ's we will have a controller on stage ready for plug and play. We will have the information for the exact model prior to the festival.
